BUY ANOTHER
Unable to turn the hearing aid down actual earpiece is t large and makes the ear sore, very tinny , wished I had bought a different one, this is the problem when you cannot try before you buy.

bought this for mum as I could no longer buy the previous type (mum loses them frequently despite the fact she is housebound) this is almost the same and works well and will probably buy more when she eats this one(that's the favourite theory at the moment) she has had almost thirty of various types so far, and as it is digital the batteries last much longer.
