Is this only packed in cardboard? I am trying to be plastic free.

Hi, all i can say is that the one's i received came in 6 cardboard boxes and the 6 packed a larger cardboard box, ps, keep up the good work-say no! to plastic!

The product only contains bicarbonate of soda with no other additives. It is 100% pure and has no additives at all. It is unperfumed and does not contain aluminium.

Can you use in washing machine.

Yes! I switched years ago to this for all of my washing. Sheets are clean and white, clothes are fresh and well cared for. There is no downside. We don't need all those additives and perfumes - its a con. I do have soft water so I wonder if it is different in hard water areas, but give it a try.
