Hana Baby Wrap - The Original Bamboo Wrap

This is a brilliant newborn wrap. My midwife advised me to start wearing baby only when she can hold head up a little bit. The wrap is EXTREMELY stretchy so you need to make sure you put it on tight. It's great for wearing baby around the house and if you are taking baby in-out of sling alot as it's easier than a less stretchy wrap. I do take baby on walks with it but because of the stretch she bounces up and down when walking no matter how tight she's on. When she's older I will be using a woven wrap but this has been great for newborn and for a beginner like me. Fabric is amazing so soft and breathable.

This is exactly what I was looking for.The 2 way stretch of the material makes it easy to safely and easily put your baby in and get them out. I struggled with the stiffness of 1 way stretch material so this was exactly what I was looking for.The material itself is also really soft and comfy for both me and baby. It is easy to wrap around and holds the baby securely. I can wrap and tie the material around myself twice and am currently a size 16 so will fit larger people and definetly smaller.Overall a great a product and I would definitely recommend.A little tip, tie the knot to your side for comfort not in the middle in front or behind.

I ordered this to use as an alternative to my Babybjorn We. The We is easy to get on and sturdy but my newborn rides a bit too low on me in it even with the right setting. The Hana wrap is cozier, baby sits in the right place and allegedly his leg position is healthier. He goes to sleep in it if he's tired already and is good for about an hour. The material is soft and stretchy (a bit too much so IMO--I have to cinch it pretty tight and bubba is only 12 lbs). I chose this one over other wraps because i liked the bamboo aspect. It's breatheable (that said, you still can still get pretty warm in it) and doesn't feel heavy at all on even though it's a lot of fabric. Bit of a faff to tie (not complicated, just awkward with the length) but gets easier with practice.

Love my Hana baby wrap! Its super soft, breathable and really really comfortable! I am a very active Mumma and use it every day without fail, have spent hours walking/standing with my 2 month old baby in it and does not cause me any discomfort whatsoever. Its so quick and easy to put on that I usually opt for this rather than getting the pram out of the car! It really gives me the time and flexibility to get on with jobs while still having that all important closeness with my baby - I can even feed her whilst on the go :) Will definitely be recommending this to all my friends

Excellent product and found the YouTube videos great to learn how to tie it. Once you've done it a few times it really is easy. (you could also pop along to your local sling library who I am sure would be happy to help).I bought it for travelling abroad with my baby, thought it would be easier than carrying our little boy once the pram is taken off us and it was. Baby loves been in it and falls asleep in it all the time. I also find it much easier than the pram when out and about as my little boy hates it sometimes as he likes to see what's going on. I used to end up carrying him and pushing a pram now I have my hands free and he's no longer screaming the shops down ( =happy stress free mummy 😊)I tried another sling before buying this one which was more than double this price and he used to cry whenever I put him in it. Never had that problem with this one and wish I had bought this one first!

The sling is made with good quality fabric. It is fiddly to put on but like the other reviews once you have done it once it then becomes very easy. The purpose of my purchase is to be able to move about in the house and get a few things done without my baby son crying his eyes out. When my baby son in the sling he does become calmer as he can be very close to me. He falls asleep a few times. However what I don’t like about it is I worry about the head support it can give my son. If he decides to fall asleep while in the sling is not an issue as his head leans against my chest sideway and the sling can cover his head and give him support. If he is wide awake he tends to look up at me and at the point there is nothing to support the back of his head and I find I naturally use one of my hands to support his head which mean I cannot carry out tasks with both hands at the same time which kind of defeats the purpose. The times when he falls asleep do allow me carry out tasks with both hands however because I’m carrying him forward facing I find it difficult to reach whatever I need to get as he is in the way. E.g. I want to reach the cupboards in the kitchen, he would be in the way as my body cannot get closer to the kitchen worktop therefore create a gap between me and the cupboard. Similar problem at the kitchen sink, further distance from the tap. I’m only 5 foot 1 so maybe this may not be an issue to someone who is taller? Also I feel there is not enough back support and my son is only a month old who is also a premature baby and my back aches after 15 minutes. In hindsight I would not have purchased the sling and use the money towards a baby carrier which I have now bought. I think the sling is good for skin to skin though.

Easier to use than I expected, I was worried from reading other reviews that I’d have my arms in a tangle over my head but it really is just a few simple steps to get it on and slot baby in and then baby magically goes straight to sleep!! I can wear him around the house and look after my other children at the same time without stressing about him not wanting to go down. He’s snug and content but not too hot as it’s thin material. I don’t know why I’ve waited until our third baby to try one of these types of wrap!

I bought this as a present but used the same with my daughter. I loved carrying her in that sling as the elastic fabric makes it very easy to use and comfortable. Do not be afraid to make it tight, it's what it's made for and babies love it!

J'adore cette écharpe très pratique pour les sorties

Es fino, pero resistente. Tenía otro fular de algodón y licra y me da calor sólo mirarlo y pensar que voy a ir envuelta en él, sobre todo en verano (espero a mi pequeña en primavera). He estado haciendo pruebas, y con este no hay ese problema y tanto la peque como yo vamos a ir muy cómodas, porque además se adapta muy bien. Es muy suave al tacto y el color es mucho más bonito que en la foto.Es un dinero bien invertido. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

A mi bebé le encanta y va muy relajado, es súper cómodo tanto para el bebé como para el porteador y muy fácil de poner.

El foulard es muy bonito y el material muy suave.... pero desafortunadamente antes de siquiera usarlo por primera vez ya tenía un hueco. Lo lavé a 40 grados con la ropa de la bebe antes de que esta naciera..... y al querer usarlo por primera vez le vi el hueco :-(
