Q: Is this bike suitable for a 13 yr old who is about 5'5"?

I'm 6'1". I think if you put much lower bars like 2.5" rise and something like a 40mm reach stem, then it might be a better fit. Someone who is 5'5" is probably too big for a mini-cruiser, and a tad small for this bike. The top tube is 21.75. Compare that to what he's used to on a 20". Also, Amazon won't advertise this, but much of this bike is made in China. I'm trying to avoid *anything* made in China. Corona virus came to the US through the US.
