This is a repeat order, so we know what's coming. I usually steer clear of the area when the deed is taking place, although I do make the odd appearance to supply beverages and to remind my partner that we have neighbours. I have declined the opportunity to 'add a photo'.

Wax has leaked out of pots.
Ordered a pack of 3 tea tree wax and all three have arrived with substantial spillage down the sides and in the plastic bag they were packed into. I cannot remove the lids!

Wax is fine, shame it’s out the pot!
Use this wax often at work and it’s great. Unfortunately this time 2 of the tubs have leaked everywhere! Can’t return as I needed them today but disappointed to lose a load of wax into the bag and have a messy clean up job before I can use
