very handy when you are trying to put loose stuff like cage litter in, the top of bin liner is kept open so there is no faffing about trying to keep the bag open when trying to tip contents in, stops a lot of spillage.

Great idea but needs a catch!Yes it lets the heavier bags slip through when over half full – unless paper?Sadly the diameter is totally unconventional with standard refuse bags, this hoop is smaller than dustbin bags but wider than a plastic shopping bag so you would have to purchase some kind of lin bin bags to fit it exactly.I would purchase the “parrs handy hoop” instead for litter collection. Most local council backed voluntary litter picking groups use plastic rings with 5 snap over clips. Sadly if you get a heavy bag the clips tear holes in the bags as it stretches under the weight?The ReprieveHowever is you regularly purchase bags of aggregate / sand etc. from builders merchants and DIY stores etc. you can carefully slit the ends of those plastic bags and use them as dust bin bags in this hoop AS THEY ARE THE EXACT DIAMETER TO FIT THIS HOOP. Also the outer bags they put the damaged aggregate bags into when they reduce the price? Are the correct size as well, so I would say these would be ideal for builders etc.PS. The best practical / common litter picker is the “PARRS” pistol grip litter picker, also check out “HH environmental litter picker pro”.
