I got tired of off the shelf mouth guards constantly falling out during kickboxing class. I started looking into getting a fitted dental mouth guard and was ready to spend the ridiculous $120-$150 to have one made. While searching for reviews on dental mouth guards, I came across OPRO instant custom fit mouth guards. The reviews seemed promising as a possible option to try. So, after a bit of pondering I figured I’d give one a try before dumping over a $100 on a dental mouth guard. The forming process was pretty much the same as any other mouth guard, but the addition of the dual form tool made forming easier and provided a tight fit. The mouth guard basically clicks in place and stays put. It takes a little force to pop it back out, which is exactly what I was looking for. The mouth guard in the forming tool is a bit bulky, so it’s a bit awkward to get in and out of your mouth. It’s taller and thicker than the standard run of the mill mouth guards, so it covers more area and provides better protection. I am very pleased so far with this mouth guard, so I ordered another for a backup spare. If someone is looking for a great custom fit mouth guard for MMA, kickboxing or other contact sports without dumping a small fortune on a dental mouth guard, OPTO instant custom fit mouth guards are a great bang for the buck option.

Tried various shock doctors and underguard boil and bite mouthguards, this is levels above in terms of fit. Really snug fit to the point where you need to actually pull the mouthguard to get it off, and it's thin enough to comfortably breathe and speak. it's been holding up well for a month now with no material coming off, really worth the price.

Paid a bit more than I usually would but was worth it. Fits my son much better and he says it's much more comfortable than his last one. He gives it 2 thumbs up. Was really easy to mold too, following the instructions provided.

Je l'utilise pour les matchs de basket et cela ne me gène pas. Je respire bien avec et ce n'est pas désagréable. Heureusement, je n'ai pas reçu de coup depuis que je le mets donc je ne peux pas attester du niveau de protection.J'ai mis 4 étoiles car la mise en place ne fut pas parfaite. La partie bleue a un peu été écrasée sur un côté lors du thermoformage, ainsi qu'une partie dorée devant qui pourrait être gênante (peut-être?) sur le long terme. Je pense que je ferai mieux lors du thermoformage de mon prochain! :D
