Dust/small chunks of hay compressed together. It comes in the bag so nicely though, no dust just perfect cubes and doesn’t fall apart as soon as you touch it.

Q: Would they be suitable for a Syrian hamster?

It would be good for their teeth but not sure they would really like it.
