Good travel mug
Keeps the coffee hot , the lid needs a little bit of tweaking to get a good seal.

Leaking bottle
I loved the product when I got it but after 3 months it started leaking. Now I cant use it because it can ruin any electronics or other valuable products I carry with me. the support is unresponsive

Disappointed
I don't like modern thermos or travel mugs where they have double insulation only to be let down by the metallic old penny taste emanating from each sip. This one is advertised as having a ceramic interior. That's good I though. However the steel edge and the steel splash guard meant that the metallic old penny taste made an unwelcome return. I washes the mug 3 times, carefully and properly by hand...my tea tastes awful. Oh well. The search continues

If you empty hot liquid and put the lid on, it created a vacuum and you cannot open the flask.
