How many servings do u get from this tub x

In each container there are 500 gms of product. Each serving is 50 gms so fairly simple to calculate at 10 servings. However, I do not measure by weight but by tablespoon measure. I obviously under measure as I get in excess of 10 servings per tub. I hope this helps

can you eat fruit, when you first using Almased

During the initiation phase we suggest to minimise your fruit consumption due to the sugar content and also to give your digestive system a rest however, once you start introducing regular meals then yes you can eat fruit. For instance, you can add 1-2 handfuls of berries to your morning shake or eat 1 portion of fruit as a healthy snack during the day.

Can I mic this in a fruit or veg smooothie?

We would not recommend mixing with a shop bought smoothie as many contain additional sugar and can be relatively high in calories. You could make your own with 5 tablespoons of Almased with either 200ml of low-fat milk or 200-350ml of water and then either 1/2 cup of mixed frozen berries or green leafy vegetables or 1/2 avocado for example . We do have a variety of smoothie recipes on our website.
