KUBEY Mini Folding Knife, Compact EDC and Gentleman's Pocket Knife with Wooden Handle for Camping Hunting and DIY (KU113)

I only just received this, so take my review with a grain of salt. I bought the kk113, which is a stubby little d2 steel blade with a wooden handle. I gave it 5 stars because it's extremely nice for the low, low price. Sure, you can pay more and get a beautiful American or German made knife - and I've gone down that road before and do not regret it. But this little gem is a mass-produced, made in China, gorgeous little knife for a little more than pocket change. There are some tiny flaws - and I do mean tiny - but no knife has any business being this nice for so little money. I particularly like the the rounded, polished edges on the surfaces you touch. You rarely get such a nice finish, even on knives that cost twice as much (and remember, twice as much is still pretty cheap for a knife). The liner lock is perfect. The blade is sharp. The whole thing is pretty to look at and nice to hold.I did immediately tear off the cheapo, leather-look lanyard that came with it. It was just really cheap and doesn't belong on a knife as nice as this is.I previously bought an inexpensive knife from Kubey for my kid, and that knife is so nice it convinced me to try this one. I'm glad I did.If it breaks or degrades I'll come back and update my review. But I don't think it will.

This is a wonderfully sturdy little knife for an excellent price! I am beyond pleased with this purchase. It is well made and incredibly sharp, super compact, and pretty to boot! Quality wood on the handle and has a good grip on it for how compact it is! Excellent purchase!

The only issue with this knife is that it is too sharp. Be careful folding and unfolding it as you may nick yourself. Other than that it is a great size and very sturdy for the price. I recommend highly for avid knife lovers or those looking for something small to go on their keychains

I absolutely love this little guy! The blade is sharp and strong. The wood handle is very attractive and the lanyard is a nice touch too. Excellent craftsmanship. Aesthetically, this knife is a real winner. It is not too heavy for dress pants pockets. The only noteworthy issue is the shank was a little loose when I received the knife. It was easy to tighten the star shaped set screws to fix this and it feels very secure and strong now.

Kubey hits the mark with this little SOLID good looker. I like the knife , it is strong sturdy and you can feel the overall elements of the knife will hold up after time...The blade is shaving sharp, ..I own several Kubey knives..I come back because they do not disappoint...In this price range I have to say they are very hard to beat! Great customer support as well,,,these guys really do care about customer satisfaction and QUALITY.

Its a decent little knife. More of a novelty than a knife. Not built as well as it should be for the price either.

I have several different knives from this company and all are great. They look good and are fun to use. I carry one everyday and the smallest probably gets the most use. For my needs they arrive sharp enough and I have had no problems. I have also given several as gifts after Friends saw mine. This last purchase is very easy to open with one hand and the blade locks into place.

I've had this knife for a month or so and have not found anything seriously wrong with it. I gave this knife 4 stars only because the lack of a scabbard or holder. The width of the knife makes it a bit heavy to hang around your neck so I would have preferred to place it on my belt inside a sleeve. It was sharp when I received it and it is great to cut packages and cardboards. I would purchase this knife again, but first I'd look for a sleeve to hold the knife on my belt.
