Microsoft LifeChat LX-2000 Headset

I really wanted to go wireless but sadly bluetooth on my work hybrid is very lo-fi. So after an exhaustive search found this. The seller was really fast - delivery despite covid-19 drama - was within 2 days. The item has in line sound control which is a plus as well as to jack points - I need to read the manual as not sure how. Just used this on an MS Teams and it really cleaned up a lot of background hiss from my end. Can't say the same for some of my colleagues. Of all the headsets used so far this one's already a keeper.............Until the next thing comes along and blows this out of the water. But I dont want to splash out for at least another 5 years so that takes care of that

I have ordered a number of these headsets over the years for myself and my partner - normally I'd be recommending them. They last approximately a year or so (we use them a lot) and since something will eventually break on them (volume in one ear, or the microphone), but they're fairly inexpensive, I like to have a spare. I just removed one I bought in August 2014 from its packaging because the LX-2000 I'm currently using microphone stopped working. This new, unused, straight from its original packaging LX-2000's audio is broken. Can't even return it since you only have a month to do so. Thanks for nothing.

Ok but too big for my head as well as being quite uncomfortable on the ears.

I was looking for a portable wired headset and after a lot of searching decided on this one. Sound and mic quality are both great, but the headset is a little big for my head - it takes a bit of adjustment to get the earpieces to sit on my ears and they never feel very secure.

I have bought those headphones because the Logitech ones I had complete broken. The Microsoft ones are more robust but they are a bit bigger. I recommend them, they do the job and are very very cheap.

great sound great mic works for my class and most get on with them 1 out of 10 students gets pinched or has them fall off but otherwise working well I personally use on Skype classes and can not fault them suppose it depends on your head

earache is not because of the quality of the headset but rather it's design. it sits very poorly over the ears - you have to get the positioning _exactly_ right, and it's too easy to accidentally pull on the lead which makes them fall off.

These seemed very cheap for something carrying the Microsoft name - but the name sold them. Sadly you get what you pay for. The headset is extremely uncomfortable - relying on pure pressure to remain in place over the ear. When I tried to open them out a bit they snapped at the hinge in the middle of the head bar. The contour of the bar just over the speakers is too narrow to fit over the top of the ear, so these now fall off all the time. Complete waste of money.

Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo pro +su clip regolazione volume e 3 livelli di regolazione microfono ( off ,volume basso e volume alto ) +usato in chat su discord nessun problema registra molto bene la voce +comode anche dopo lunghe sessioni con -se viene alzata l'asta microfono verso l'alto il volume della voce registrata e veramente basso - qualche problema se si ha i capelli lunghi a causa del tipo di cuffia a nuca

Je suis client depuis très longtemps sur amazon, et je crois que c'est la première fois que je pose un avis négatif. Cet avis concerne le LifeChat LX-2000. J'ai acheté ce casque car j'ai avais assez d'avoir un arceau posé sur le crane. Sitot déballé, j'essaye. Le tour d'oreille est inconfortable (surtout avec les branches de lunettes) Le son est d'une grande platitude, je ne suis pas un fan des basses, mais là, rien de rien. On croirait un ancien combiné téléphonique. Je continue mon test et je trouve le tour de cou est un peu étroit. J'essaye d' écarter un peu l'arceau, celui ci se casse (en fait se déboîte mais ne peut être remboîté ) Direction poubelle, en moins de 5 minutes. Je déconseille. RAS pour le vendeur ni le transport.

Mein altes hat jetzt Jahrelang guten Dienst geleistet und wollte dann irgendwann einfach nicht mehr so richtig. Da war es klar, dass das neuere Modell direkt her muss. Wirklich tolle Kopfhörer, sehr bequem zu tragen und vor allem für den Preis wirklich unschlagbar.
