it works and its not just a gimmick
I love the design looks great. After owning this for a few weeks now trying different coffees and different measurements of coffee i'm now in love with it. I keeps your drink super hot for a long time. I've tried adding milk into the flask personally it doesn't work but that's fine for me as I enjoy my coffee black most of the time. So now I leave an inch before the top of the coffee line and fill the rest with cold water before pushing the plunger, if not I wouldn't be able to drink this for hours (which is a good thing) as it means it keeps it hot. It hasn't leaked at all i make it up pop the lid on and just chuck it on the side of my forklift for the day and driving round cornering their is not spillage. Cleaning is a super easy process not a pain at all. The only thing i would say is it works super well because of the double filter not residue but i'm not sure it justifies the price tag, the only reason i purchased one is because i had a voucher to go towards it. But the reviews and videos of this product spoke brilliantly so that's what helped me.I would say if you want a decent cup of coffee with out a machine or your on the go, or in my case work doesn't provide nice coffee to drink, grab one you wont be disappointed

Great coffee cup
I love this coffee cup. You get freshly brewed coffee on the go which makes commuting so much nicer. The cup keeps everything nice and hot for when you are ready to drink, I usually brew first thing in the morning and drink on the train, this process takes about an hour and my coffee is still hot.The double filter makes it so there is no coffee grounds in my coffee, however the vacuum is very strong so lifting the plunger and depressing the plunger can sometimes be difficult. All of the pieces can be removed and taken apart for easy cleaning.Overall I highly recommend this product.

Does what it says on the sales blurb!.. Delighted
Thought I'd gone mad spending so much on a travel French Press. However it makes great Coffee, easy to clean, great size, completely leak proof and good looks. Good item even allowing for the cost IT DOES NOT LEAK when thrown in a bag. Keeps hot for at least 4 hours.

Excellent but pricey for what it is
Excellent but pricey for what it is is how I'd sum this up. Bought this to replace a similar one made by a different manufacturer . This is the closest I could find and is quite pricey for what it is. The mug is 12oz, but will only make a 10oz coffee due to the space used by the filter thing. Makes s decent coffee and keeps it warm for a good while, just wish it was a bit bigger (and a bit cheaper) on the other hand it looks well made and should hopefully last a good while. It genuinely doesn't leak which is its best feature, means it can rattle round my work bag and the inside of my car on the way to work.

Fresh coffee at it's travel best....
I had an Alladdin press for 15 years but it sadly died. There were few completely spill-free options on the market. Settled for this Espro, and very impressed. Much easier to fill than my old Alladdin - handy fill level marker - stays hot, no spill and easy wash. Perfect for the commuter train

This is a keeper if you're serious about your coffee!
Really impressed!! As some other reviewers have pointed out it is quite expensive for what is essentially a well made 'vacuum mug' with a french press-like plunger. But it works...and it works really well!I can't speak for tea drinkers (different species as far as I'm concerned)...but if you like a thick black espresso type coffee (obviously you can make it weaker if you like) that will stay hot for about 4 hours on the go...then this, I think it's worth it's moneyI suspect the extra 'dollarage' goes on license costs and paying off the patent holders (think the double filter and locking mechanism are what makes this product unique). But hey...it's a good innovation. It's also much better than similar type offerings from other suppliers that I'm too polite to mention (if you're looking for this kind of device, I'm sure you know who they are).Upshot...if you don't mind spending the money and you're serious about your coffee...then I'd say go for it!I'm an honest reviewer and tell it how it is. I just want to help!

Great product - just read the instructions first!
Day 1 - lesson: read the instructions! I put the coffee in the wrong part and got coffee grains in my mouth! Read instructions - awesome! Leak proof and amazing coffee. Really easy to clean too. Yes - massively expensive for what it is but it looks cool and does the job really well

Unless you have a strong grip you won’t open it.
In so many ways this is a brilliant and much needed product; I can make a large cup of my favourite freshly ground coffee to go; it stays hot for several hours; it is slim, lightweight and attractively designed... but, for me there is one huge drawback which seriously impacts my enjoyment of this otherwise superb integrated cafetière and travel mug... As the coffee cools, even a little, it creates a small vacuum. Although this is testament to the excellent leakproof seal round the lid it means that the lid is extremely difficult to open, and this is compounded by the design which is aesthetically pleasing with its monolithic clean lines, but it leaves you with absolutely nothing to grip hold of. I wrestle with this damned lid every morning when I go to drink my coffee, and every evening when I go to clean it. I have now glued a piece of grippy rubber to the lid. It looks ugly but I am no longer cursing at it twice a day.
