This is a good holster for a pocket carry situation. It fits my Sig P365 nicely and covers the trigger well. I have not had to draw while using it but practicing with it explains why they call it "Sticky". The material has a texture that catches on most fabrics, allowing the pistol to slide out but keeping the holster in the pocket. Different. Its much less bulky than a Kydex holster.

Fast shipping and a good fit for my Hellcat. This was a replacement for the last one I bought several years ago for a different pistol and had finally worn out. These holsters are good for pocket carry as long as the trigger guard is completely covered and are comfortable for IWB carry. They work well for situations where you will be taking it off and on again throughout the day.Pros: Comfortable (as comfortable as a holster can be), easy to remove, good concealment.Cons: Retention relies on how tight your pants are. If you are very active, this is not the holster for you.

This pocket holster works and clings to pocket better than other brands. Yes it could cling better if I draw the pistol but the pistol does come out of the holster.

This is a great holster for pocket carry but I actually use it in the waistband on my back side. I had never even thought of using a sticky holster for appendix carry until a couple of months ago. After trying it out, it's now my favorite way to carry. I tested it out and found it to be comfortable, but more importantly very retentive. Other pocket holsters wouldn't work - at least not well - for this, but Sticky holsters are "sticky" enough that your gun isn't going anywhere. You could technically even use it in elastic waistbands, but I wouldn't recommend in the even that you need to run. with belted pants, though, the sticky holster is held in multiple places - against your body/undergarments and against your pants and belt. Very comfortable, very secure, and incredibly easy to "holster up." It's obviously a tradeoff as there are without a doubt more secure holsters on the market, but it's hard to beat for convenience, comfort, and versatility (not to mention value). Cons would be that one must be wary when removing your pants (i.e. using the bathroom). most holsters require extra care here, but additional caution is necessary since there is no clip retention. As previously mentioned, there are other options that are more secure, but I personally find the Sticky holster's pros outweigh the cons. I should mention that for me, the largest pistol I've carried in a Sticky holster inside the waistband is a Sig P365. A larger pistol may not work as well in this set up. Smaller pistols (i.e. LCP-sized pistols) carry in this configuration so well as to be unnoticeable even after a long day.

I just received the Sticky Holster for my Sig Sauer P365 handgun today. It seems to be of great quality with somewhat of a sticky feeling on the outside and with a smooth textured lining on the inside. I ordered the SM-5 size ambidextrous holster as was recommended by the Sticky Holster website for my particular firearm. The firearm fits nicely into the holster and covers I would say about 98% of the pistol grip. There is very little chance that you can accidentally discharge the weapon with this holster in your pocket if you withdraw it properly. I would argue that even if you carry a holster inside your waistband and if you are careless with drawing the weapon from the holster you could also discharge the firearm accidentally. As all of you who own firearms know that they are dangerous and it is up to you to ensure your own safety and the safety of others. Just to let you know that my P365 has the safety on it which gives me a little extra added security as far as pocket carry is concerned. The first thing I did was to insert the holster with a handgun into the pocket of my cargo style shorts. There was some printing but not that noticeable and I was able to draw my handgun from the holster with little effort while the holster stayed in the pocket. I was fairly pleased with the result. I then put on a pair of Urban jeans and did the same thing as I did with the shorts. It fits in the pocket and there was somewhat of a more profound printing and you could tell there was something in the pocket but still one would have to guess what it was. I then proceeded to draw my P365 from the pocket and a handgun came out fairly smoothly and the holster remained in the pocket. As far as the printing is concerned, I think you would be hard-pressed to find a holster that does not have some degree of printing with a handgun while wearing jeans. Even my Ruger LCP11 with holster leaves some printing when I am pocket carrying. As far as I am concerned I feel fairly confident pocket carrying my P365 with this holster while either wearing jeans or shorts. To some things up as far as pocket carry is concerned, I am happy with this purchase. A little note for those of you that like to carry inside the waistband, this holster would work very nicely for you also.
