Brings a spark to your life
I was bored watching too many Rick Astley videos, and thought this would jaz my life up a bit.It worked very nicely and I have no complaints.

Easy and effective but watch the "bridged"13 amp fuse
I'm a first time welder with no training other than YouTube videos. Bought to weld railings and gates, which I approached with some trepidation. Ground and "veed" the work pieces, clamped and began. Absolutely straightforward welding two off one metre flat steel hinge pieces to gate. 8 welding rods per gate. Not pretty but takes the weight of the attached bifold gate.Welded at 120amps. At 205amps it immediately blew the extension lead fuse plugged inbto the domestic circuit. The welding machine fuse had been "bridged" with a hidden metal strip, so it offered no protection. This seems to be common practice with these machines - so much for import control standards! I swapped it for a regular 13amp but haven't tested the maximum amps before blowing.Plus points are the higher duty cycle and the sturdiness and length of the output cables. These swung the deal for me along with fast delivery.

Lovely little welder
I absolutely love this welding set , purrs along burning 3.2 lo hi for fun . Lays a nice neat bead. Very impressed , ideal set for a little home welder

welding for 25 years. this made a welder of me .brilliant piece of kit. burns 6011 2.5mm 7018 3.2mmno problem. for the price this thing rocks

Yeswelder MMA Welder
Bought early as a birthday present when the price dropped, so will not be fully tested until my birthday. However, I have done a quick check test to see that it works - and it does! Have not seen any welder at this price with all the weld features that it has, plus the 3 metre long leads. It is not quite as light as some, but that is probably a good thing quality wise.Have now done several small jobs with the set, and it is great! Recently tried a 4mm rod, set at 120 amps and it happily put it down while still on a 13 amp fuse. Very impressive!

Nice lightweight welder did some test seams no problem with rods sticking small amount of spatter using 6013s very pleased
