Q: Can you lose the end cap? Will the key ring end unscrew completely from the body? (My problem with keyring flashlights that unscrew to turn off)

No. You unscrew till it slides open just enough to reveal charging port. When not charging the two will be screwed together by several threads, which are dust sealed by an o-ring. The o-ring also keeps it from coming unthreaded. I carry mine in my front pocket and have never had it come apart or accidentally get turned on.

Q: So at max output it only last 5 min?

After 8 months of owning this light- I finally used it. It last about 10 min on high then lasted another 5- 10 min on low. Pretty good I think after having it charged 8 months ago. I will buy more for my family’s keychains.

Q: Does this flat head micro usb cable fit into a normal usb wall charger adapter? I've never seen a usb charger with a flat charger end?

I've been using a previous version of this light , 130 lumens for more than a year. It is my EDC that I have on my keychain. I use the provided USB cable to charge from my office computer. Perhaps the photo is deceiving, as the USB head is the same as every other USB cable I have seen, and the small end fits into the light. I would not expect any different result when using a USB charger adapter. When Olight put these 150 lumen lights on sale, I bought a dozen to give to family and friends. For the size, they are a must. Put it on your keychain. Hook it on your dog's collar during night time walks. It is bright enough to be a handy aid, always at your fingertips.

Q: Is the battery replaceable? If so what battery? Could you use a regular battery in an emergency?

Sorry, it can not replace the battery. The battery is 70mAh 3.7V Li-ion Battery (built-in). Thank you!
