I ordered the Navage system with starter pack that included the two sleeves of pods that came with it. However, I was coming to the end of my supply and needed to decide what I wanted to do - buy more of the priceys pods, or figure out a bypass. I had an older pack of Neilmed packets I wished I could use up, but due to the system and how "tamper proof" they try to make it, even a used pod wouldn't re-engage the button. So I searched Amazon and sure enough I came across these.First off, they work perfectly as intended. I haven't had any issues so far with them *not* working. Just make sure it's inserted properly, and it works every time. They are pretty rugged for being a tiny piece of silicone, and I'm still on my first one after many uses... It's holding up very well! Best part is that you can wash, sanitize and reuse it, saving you money and giving you more options of solutions to use in your machine!

Clip is easy to install and use. Now I can use any salt mixture brand I choose. So I can get a better mixture at a cheaper bulk cost and all I have to do I buy distilled water? Sign me up! NOTE: the only reason you get so many clips is that they are easy to loose if you are not careful with them. I chose black cause it was the easy to see and find if I ever dropped it somewhere compared to the light blue. Also note for easier mixture of salt and distilled water use a cup mix it up in there you might even heat it up in microwave for a few seconds to make it warmer to make it more a more comfortable temperature to use on your sinuses (but test before you use to make sure it isn't too hot). You can also get like 2 rinses using the cup mixing method if you make too much or a big batch of saline/salt water.

These work half the time. It’s still cheaper than buying pods.

Read the reviews, was skeptical initially because it's no return.However with the saline pods costing 40 to 50c each, compared to 8c for fire ant salt, I took a risk.They do have instructions to show where to put it, it did initially take a couple of minutes to figure out thru their picture. Once installed it works!I do not remove the device after use as it's only saline solution that passes thru.I have used it 5 times now over 3 days. No problem at all. The device shows no sign of wear and tear. The machine starts immediately on demand.With this, I can afford to navage twice a day.I will update if the first device breaks! There's 16 of them, so i am not worried.For those that can't get it to work, you may want to compare your set up with my pic enclosed. If installed properly, no reason not to work.Update 2/6/2025I have used it 15 times on the same device now, no wear and tear, this should last for a long time. It enabled me to do it two to three times a day.update #2 2/13/2023I have used it 33 times on the same device now, still no sign of wear and tear. My devices are now officially free as it saved me $10 by not having to buy 33 saline pods.

I had no idea that the salt pods were going to be so expensive. Thankfully, I can bypass the mechanics and use my own mixture of salt with a little bit of soda (had to experiment with the portions). Not sure how long each silicone insert will last, but they make it so I can afford to use my NaVage. It operates just like it did when I used the salt pods. Great idea.
