届いてすぐに使えます。 思ったより薄めで軽いです。 直立、中腰、手を広げたり、肘を横に張ったり、縦に振ったり、、、 中腰の時は膝がゆるむと危ないので固定したほうがよさそう。 負荷をかけたいポーズを探しながらやってみました。 数分で体が熱くなってきます。 よさそうです。 1点、それなりにザーッザーッと摩擦音が結構します。 下にヨガマットを敷いても響くので、防音マットを購入予定です。 その分マイナス☆1つ。
