I like the option of running bagless with just the water filtration, as it serves 90 percent of my normal cleaning needs. The disposable bag option makes this complete for those times when hoovering up dust or powders (like spilled flour or sand, or soil spills.) Really easy to carry up and downstairs, and is very thoughtfully designed to prevent issues between the water tank use and the electrics (generally a concern for non wet/dry vac styles like this one. Not quite as strong suction as a RugDoctor, but it does the job, especially when you remove the extra brush bar from the wide nozzle which gives it much more suction to dry out the surfaces. The upholstery attachment works fine for the smaller areas, but wears you out on bigger areas larger than 3x3M. A thoughtfully designed vacuum that really traps the dust and dirt as you're moving along without sending it into the air, or requiring a HEPA filter.

I received this yesterday. Used it once. I live in an averagely sized 3 bedroom semi-detached house along with one cat full-time and one cat who dens here. I've used this Aqua Plus once so far to dry vacuum the whole house. I thought my last vacuum was good; only replaced it because of the dust cloud spawned when its bin is emptied. The Aqua Plus made me doubt the last vacuum even worked.The Aqua Plus is a sturdy piece of kit. I can see a lot of thought has gone into design. There is a hook on its rear to hold the suction pipe when the vacuum is stowed away. There is a fabric carrier case/bag for the attachments to be kept in. There is space on the vacuum cleaner itself for two attachments to be carried. The water filter is easy to access and easy to clean.A fabric filter bag is supplied along with an adaptor to make it usable. This only needs to be used should the water filter not be usable for some reason e.g. when there is no water available at a property.One of the cats I share my home with sheds a lot of hair. A rug load of hair every couple of months. I found it best to scoop the hair out of the water in the filter before I poured the water into the toilet bowl. It seems the best way to dispose of the wastewater is to flush the lav just as the water is poured into it; this way the wastewater flushes more efficiently. I needed to change the water 3 times on first usage, so not bad going.The Aqua Plus has a fair amount of weight to it but even so the body is not small enough to balance on a step while vacuuming stairs but, in my case, the pipe is long enough to do half the stairs from the bottom and the other half from the top landing space.The noise made by the appliance is not overly loud. It is loud but not uncomfortably so. At least not to my ears, which are quite sensitive.I will update this review if any issues occur. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this vacuum cleaner a while ago and I can confidentially say that it's the best vacuum cleaner I have ever had. It's sucks up all the bits, and no dust particle can escape from the water tank meaning it clears the floor and the air from dust particles that can cause respiratory problems. I cannot iterate enough how amazing this vacuum cleaner is!

Absolutely fantastic for vacuum cleaning carpets, using bagless wet filtration system. For washing carpets, I found the large head particularly ineffective, as only the center section got wet using spray solution. I found the smaller upholstry cleaning head more effective as a wet carpet cleaner, which allowed me to go into the edges of the carpet. May I suggest fitting 2 evenly spaced spray nozzels in the large cleaning head.Where do I purchase consumables such as, dust collection bags & particle filters & sponge filters?Regards, Iain

Ordered this vacuum cleaner after reading reviews here with scepticism in place and fingers crossed as it's not a famous brand or product usually sold in high street retail shops. A prompt delivery and a slight flutter later unboxed this wonderful little surprise of an appliance. Used it straight away as a trial to pacify curiosity and scepticism alike pronto. As I have changed all carpets in my home to hard floor now with just a section of carpet left on staircase I tested this machine on the staircase itself first.When I finished cleaning the staircase carpet and opened the water chamber to see as this one is an aqua system cleaning on board, I was in with a huge surprise. The slushy water had all the grime, dirt and hair collected that looked gross to see but a huge smile on my face. Perfect test of this little monster cleaner and it passed with flying colours. I've only used it once so far and will be putting it to further rigorous cleaning up tasks over the weekend to see how best it performs. But, I'm pleased with my first experience so far and it looks to be up to it's mark.I will also have to see if it remains a star performer over the coming months and regular usage. Will post an update too. But, meanwhile I don't regret buying this unheard, unsung hero of a machine that I would recommend happily to anyone looking for a serious contender and not a fancy, flimsy gadget. One of the best buys in recent times in day and age of products failing miserably in quality. I've been fighting a case in court against Samsung for a faulty S6 that conked out in 3 months so I know how quality matters over a period of consumer time. And I will be carefully monitoring this one too over it's useful life.Hope this helps future shoppers.

Absolutely love this hoover. Very strong and powerful vacuum. No need for dust bags. All dust stays in water tank. Just empty it and ready to use. Every time filters and sponges should be cleaned but it’s not issue if they can be use straight away. As for hoover with such power it doesn’t make overwhelming noise, but I had no idea how animals will react to it. It’s big hoover and kind of heavy, but it’s possible to manage. But weight of it and capacity is something to consider before purchase. Tank needs to be changed frequently and it’s making mess in bathroom.
