Real Quality at a Bargain Price
What a real bargain! When I told my wife I had ordered this and what I'd paid she was very sceptical about the likely quality. When we opened the package and saw the fabric we were both pleasantly surprised. The fabric is like a good quality poly-cotton akin to bed sheets. It is closely woven with a good structure and a very even dye.Be aware, however, that this is a massive, room-sized piece of cloth. It comes folded and so quite heavily creased. Ironing these out is a bit of a problem purely because of the size of fabric you are working with.I purchased it to replace a smaller, satin-finish backdrop of similar colour. The satin-finish cloth was too reflective and caused endless problems with lighting. It was also impossible to get the creases out and it would slide about when you were placing objects on it. This cotton/muslin cloth is much better in all of these areas. It absorbs rather than reflects light; it's possible to get the creases out (but see above) and it doesn't slip and slide about when you are positioning objects.Overall I am absolutely delighted. The quality has exceeded my expectations. In the test shots I have done so far I have been very pleased with the results.

Hit and miss on sizing, flimsy and thinner than expected
Used as a backdrop for a photographic studio. I bought 3 colours, black, green and white, all supposedly 3 x 6m. However, the white version was in fact 3075mm wide and and was therefore to wide for the 3m wall mounted tube system I have. It raised a bigger problem in that none of the suppliers I contacted seemed to understand that 3m x 6m is not 10ft x 20ft as they all seem to think. A bit of basic maths guys is all that's needed here!! Anyway, I eventually gave up on the white as I didn't want the bother of sending it back again.
