Rather disappointed
I got a reconditioned set of headphone and as far as I could tell they were as good as new.PROS- Charge lasts quite a long time- Easy to fold up, can easily put in a bag or large pocket- Sound quality is good- Can use wireless or wiredCONS- I find them too small. I can wear them for an hour or two but after that, I find them uncomfortable. They don't very easily fit around my neck either which is really annoying.- Bluetooth cuts out for a few seconds a lot more than my other wireless headset, so I think it's the headphones rather than my phone. It tends to be worse when I am moving around more.- Touching the right ear to control the earphones sounds good but it often requires more than one touch. I sometimes just give up trying to pause and just use the on/off switch instead.

Returned it
The sound is great, but the fit is slightly uncomfortable on my head. However the reason I returned this item is that the bluetooth connection with my iPhone SE was so unstable that it would shut off sporadically even though the phone was strapped to my arm or in my pocket. The Right headphone has a touch pad that didn’t work in cold weather (I suspect it reacts to warmth on the fingertip and not the actual touch). It would also turn on Siri without being touched. The color also appears cempletely Rose and not Gold in the slightest. I still liked it in rose and had no problem with that, so that remark is just an FYI incase the RoseGold is super important to you. I would repurchase if I knew for sure that the bluetoothconnection issue was fixed.

Disappointing
I purchased these headphones for playing music from my phone while on the go, but I was let down by poor Bluetooth quality and frustrating controls.PROS- The sound quality is good, and the noise cancelling feature seems to work well.- May be more suitable for use at home, or with a stationary Bluetooth source close by.- The build quality is great. The headphones feel solid, and they have a nice minimalist style.- They are very easy to set up. Just turn them on, pair with your phone, and you're away. Next time you want to use them, turn them on in range of your device, and you're good to go.- They come with a nice quality braided headphone cable, so you can use them as a wired set if you so choose.CONS- The quality of Bluetooth connection is absolutely terrible, particularly when on the move. I usually keep my phone in my trouser pocket, but I found the music would constantly skip and cut out. I moved my phone closer, to my jacket pocket, which did improve the connection, but it would still regularly cut out when I moved my head or tried to use my phone.- The fit is very tight. Your mileage may vary, but I found they became slightly uncomfortable on my ears after about 25 minutes or so. They also don't fit well around your neck, if you're the kind of person to do so when they're not in use.- The touch controls on the right ear cup are very frustrating to use. I found that my touch wasn't registering the first time, and it usually took two attempts before I could pause or adjust the volume. I found that it was easier just to pull my phone out and control the volume or playback from there. Very disappointing.- The headphones do fold up for storage, but I feel like they somehow take up more space when folded, as the side parts stick out awkwardly.- The USB charging cable is ludicrously short, around only 25cm in length. That might not sound too bad, but it makes it tough to keep them in a convenient place to charge. It's a standard Micro USB cable though, so this might not be a problem if you have a longer cable lying around.

OK, but overall - Disappointed
After ages comparing different on-ear headphones, to replace my ageing AKG's, I chose these Urbanista Seattle's based on the mainly positive reviews (both on Amazon and elsewhere), and I liked the look. However, one received, these are my initial experiences/opinions:1. Comfort = 2/5- I have a big head with equally big ears, plus I wear glasses. At maximum expansion, the bar is touching the top of my head (but not uncomfortably so). The clasping pressure is a bit too much on my ears, and due to the fairly large ear pads, they pinch my ears to my glasses - so I'm always fiddling for comfort. Lastly, after only 10-15 minutes my ears are very hot.2. Sound Quality = 3/5- I listen to all kinds of music (EDM, Rap, Rock, Indie, Pop, Classical, etc.), and I found in all cases the sound seemed a little 'flat', with a lack of bass at the low-end (which sounded muffled), and a lack of crisp clarity at the high-end and on the vocals. Also, the output was quite low, and I really had to crank up the volume - which only accentuated the issues.3. Build Quality = 4/5- For this price, the materials and overall construction of these headphones are very good. Much better than my old AKG's.4. Connectivity = 4/5- No problem connecting at all (plus it comes with 3.5mm option). Tough it does beep at all commands via bluetooth (like changing tracks or volume settings). For the price, they are 'OK', but I am thinking I may need to pay a bit more for either the Sony XB700's (though some reviews seem to indicate too much bass), or the Bose On-Ear's (If they go on sale).
