Works better than you'd expect
I bought this so I could do some kettlebell exercises on my tile floor. I was afraid if I dropped a kettlebell on the tile floor I'd damage it. So, enter the sand filled kettlebell. I was shocked at how much you can do with this thing. After using it my first day, I woke up sore as hell! Soreness means there are muslces I'm not working so this was great! For such a cheap price and with a little effort, you can get a great workout with thing thing. I recommend it for people that want a workout with minimal equipment and that don't wan't to damage a tile floor.
