Would not recommend
They are not very fresh and didn’t expect them to be filled with white substance. Very disappointed since strawberry flavor is killer

Sour apple gummy goodness
I am not a big fan of most sour/tart candies, but I could not resist trying these since I do enjoy green apples. The first couple were pretty tart and I fully intended to pass the rest of the bag along to my son, but then I tried a few more and they started to grow on me. Not the greatest candy, and I wouldn't purchase them again for myself, but they were passable. Some did eventually make their way to my son who is more of a connoisseur of these sorts of things. He loves all things sour and gummy so much so that a good chunk of any edible presents gifted him routinely consists of sour candies and/or gummies. All of this to say that perhaps you should consider his evaluation over mine. He described them as "sour apple gummy goodness" and rated them "probably" a better quality than many of the brand name sour gummies found in stores. The primary downside to these is the price. I can typically pick up a comparable size bag (or even two) of other sour candies/gummies for significantly cheaper in the store.

Weird taste
These are soft to chew but don't taste good. The flavor is sour green apple, but there is also a weird taste in the white part.

It Really is Fabulicious
This is a review of Darrell Lea Fabulicious Green Apple Sour Candy Stix(7oz (Pack of 1)) (7oz (Pack of 1)).These candies have a good flavor, with the apple and sour coming together nicely, although occasionally the sour overpowers the apple flavor and vice versa. They are small green tubes wrapped around what the bag calls a sour sorbet. This sour sorbet is likely the mix of the three acids found in the ingredient list: Tartaric, Malic, and Citric along with other ingredients. Albeit that like a lot of other sour candies, they aren't really all that sour.I find these to be similar to SweeTart Ropes, although the outer green candy seems thicker than the outer layer of the SweeTart Rope. Perhaps a more waxy feel as well, more twizzler-like than what I was expecting, but still delicious or as Darrell Lea calls it, Fabulicious.Environmentally I like that these are using sugar over alternatives, that instead of dyes and chemicals for the coloring they used natural ingredients like Tumeric, and they also didn't use Palm Oil which has become a big environmental thing due to deforestation being carried out to produce the ever increasing amounts of palm oil used in food.I think it's important to remember though this is candy and it's not good to eat the whole bag in one sitting, which I easily could have done, it really was good.I'm giving them a 5 out of 5 because they were pretty good and on paper seem more environmentally friendly than others.

Love Darrell Lea's liquorice but ...
Expected a softer texture but they're more on the hard side
