Works exactly as advertised. It has improved my granddaughter shooting tremendously. You should know she's only 10, and she's shooting like a high schooler

I can't believe this actually worked. My 9 yo is shooting better from one use of this training tool. The hand grip is a bit too big though.

Useful Tool but Needs Size Options
It’s a very useful tool, recommended by my son’s coach, but they should really offer sizes for different ages because my son hasn’t been able to use one of the parts as it doesn’t fit his hand

My 13 year old son tried it and felt like he just didn’t need it. His hands were just too big so it didn’t function properly for him.

The off hand trainer is made of solid material but it was missing the Velcro thumb strap to be able to use it properly. The shooting aid has holes in it for your fingers to go through, but these holes are too small for adult hands and too big for children hands. Probably would fit a teenager.

Bought for my daughter who plays lots of sports. She likes that it helps her practice her shots for basketball.
