Why so many negative reviews?
I was hesitant to buy this because of so many negative reviews, but this product is incredible. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. just keep the knife at 20 degree angle and sharpen. I just did 5-6 strokes and the knife was already sharp. Then turned the stone over to smoothen the knife. (The stone has two sides one is course and other smooth). Course side sharpens it and smooth side gives smooth edge
