If I wear daily do I need to do anything else?

Although I returned this watch because it was too big for me, I've had a Tissot automatic since 1976 that is still running great. And yes, you just wear it and your body movement winds it. If you don't wear it for a day or so it will stop, but just reset it, put it on, and it's immediately good to go again.
