I am recovering from CFS M.E and IBS that has a tendency to loose bowels too easily, which I'm certain is lowering my nutrient absorption. I found I felt good on this probiotic, more tolerant of foods and a bit more energy too, and more happy feeling in my digestion. I do recommend giving it a try if you have similar symptoms. I have tension in my lower left gut which seems to be residual stress from around M.E onset affecting my digestion. Have also just found psyllium husks in water helpful, used to think that was just for constipation but it seems to work the other way too for some with loose tendency. Anything that slows transit is useful for me to digest better. Also try Saccharomyces Boulardii and LGG probiotics which are both thought to help over a few months. if this review helped please give it a thumbs up!

Yes, there is a difference in probiotics. That term is generic and reading the label is a must. My health professional recommended this brand to me after years of using another probiotic that was good. This one is better! He showed me that there are more types of friendly bacteria in this one (13 v 3 in my old one) and far more quantity (40 Billion v 8 Billion in my old one). This means you get a lot more in a single capsule. When it comes to friendly bacteria in the digestive tract, you want quality.
