This part (JW1-F3400-00) is an exact fit for my 2014 Yamaha model- YDRAX4, it was great that it came with new tie rods. The removal is pretty strait forward first jack the front end and remove the front wheels then remove tie rod bolts first then the 4 steering mounting bolts and lastly remove the steering knuckle bolt all the way because it is a spline with a slot in the middle.For the install put the tie rods on new part first, i counted the threads on the old part and duplicated on the new part, (put a little grease on the spline) you will need some one to hold the steering wheel strait when mounting the new part on the steering knuckle spline, once done install the 4 mounting bolts then the tie rod bolts Lastly put the steering bolt back through the steering knuckle, just remember the spline is slotted so it is a little tricky you will have to wiggle it up and down to get through now go and check that all bolts good and tight, at this point the job is done.
