delivers amazing performance in 4k
I bought this graphics card for a new system using a i7-8700k. This paired with a 4k monitor has really changed my experience in both daily computing and gaming. This beast of a GPU, yes both in size and power, delivers amazing performance in 4k. A majority of games that have even 'okay' optimisation can run a steady 60fps whilst maintaining high/ultra settings. Some games like Kingdom Come & ARK make me put shadows on low and the rest on medium but this is probably one of the only games I've experienced this issue with.Games like GTA V Ultra run fine even when heavily modded.I have a decent overclock giving roughly (8%) performance increase as well as never going above 75c which is extremely good.I am contemplating going SLI with this badboy. It is very large so I am worried about cooling. I'll update this review if I get another.Overall, this GPU is fantastically priced for the performance, cooling and shear 4k awesomeness.

Magnificent
I love it!My first top expensive gpu and i'm happy with it runs all on ultras highest temp reached 70CRecommendThe only cons it is very big ant takes 2.5 slots so if you want to do SLI make sure you have got enough space would recommend for Full ATX Tower only.

This card is many things, but silent is not one of them
Previously I was the proud owner of a Palit 980 Ti Super Jetstream which I loved, as it was a very well-executed design that was both cheap and extremely silent. So when came the time to upgrade to a 1080 Ti, I decided to stay loyal to Palit and patiently waited until their 1080 Ti Super Jetstream came out.I was quite disappointed. This card pales when compared to the glory of its predecessor. Its fan is quite audible at load. It hits 80°C, which is hotter than its competitors. On top of that, it produces quite a bit of coil whine. But the cherry on the cake came when, less than two months after I bought it, it developed a defect that made the fan produce a very annoying rattling noise when running at or near 80%. It's quite shocking really; Palit went from making the best 980 Ti to making the worst 1080 Ti for no apparent reason. After being subject to that debilitating fan rattling noise for 85 hours of Mass Effect: Andromeda, I had enough and decided to send it back under warranty for a refund. Then I went for a GIGABYTE AORUS GTX 1080 Ti Xtreme which is running very smoothly so far.

Great card
I just couldn't wait until AMD releases their high end consumer grade cards. That is not to say I'm dissatisfied. This is a great card. Destroys everything I throw at it. It arrived fast and was in exellent condition.

Great card, but could be quieter
This is my second Palit card after having previously owned a GTX770 Jetstream and I'm more than happy with it after several months of use now. It's still running great and can deal with almost anything you throw at it, including super sampled VR. 1440p on any game is no problem at high frame rates and it can deliver 4K at reasonable FPS for most titles. The only downside (and for me it's quite minor as I wear headphones) is that the fans are quite audible on high load - but ZERO coil whine which is more important!A secondary, but important note about the card and the fans is that for whatever reason, my one doesn't seem to alter the fan speed depending on the game/application all that well. It does to a certain extent, but not enough to prevent it running hotter than it should when playing demanding games at 1440p/4k. That means I need to specifically load up Palit's Thundermaster app which then lets you manually adjust the GPU fan speed to something higher such as 75-100% load. It's not a huge problem really as the card's temps then usually drop down to 35-55C area once the fans do their magic, but sometimes you forget to turn the manual fan option on resulting in the card running really hot (and in the case of some VR games subsequently crashing/freezing as the GPU overheats).Overall though, still a great card and highly recommended if you're in the market for a 1080 ti. Probably best to wait until the new range of Nvidia GTX's though as they are due in September 2018 and you could get one of the new bunch of cards and/or wait for the 1080 ti to drop significantly in price as a result.
