These things are incredible. I boiled them for one minute, then added some prawns and paprika and a few olives et cetera. It was absolutely delicious and virtually nothing with calories. It’s like magic

Great if you are on a low carb Keto diet and miss the pasta/rice accompaniment to your curry or chilli etc. On opening the packet there is a strong smell of ‘fish’. Rinsing removes most of the smell though. It doesn’t quite compete with the real deal on texture or flavour, pretty much tasteless, you need to spice/season like crazy to get some decent flavour. All are pretty much the same, just different shapes. Discovered that heating it in microwave in a something that help drain the excess moisture away onto a plate (I used a silicone steamer on plate), and helps to dry it out and make it more palatable, as it can stay quite wet even after draining.

The fish smell was overpowering. I rinsed them like crazy but could not get rid of it. The noodles were like chewing on elastic bands! I added some soy sauce but that did very little. Just yuck.

This product is fantastic. Made up as directed with homemade arribiatta sauce. You couldn't tell it was carb free and only 9 calories for 100g. Brilliant find. Thank you.

No smell like other brands. Rinses and cooks well. Works in a variety of dishes like stir fry. And as a side dish.

Besides the unmakable springy texture, it's perfect for a low calorie meal. To get rid of the smell, rinse 3 or 4 times by swishing vigorously in a bowl of water changing the water each time. I like to soak mine in a bowl of water with 2 tablespoons of vinegar. I let it soak before I start making the sauce or doing the veg prep, then one more swishing rinse after and there is no smell or odd taste. I have also found that frying the noodles on high heat with your seasonings help it taste better ie. Fry noodles then add veg etc

I get that it does what it says but, unless you're putting it in a sauce, not a great deal of taste.

.Used it in mince, it was awful! I used it with mince that was wejj seasoned with various flavours. We took a long time to remove the pasta
