Great product!

Does exactly what it’s meant to do. Took my warm yellow/brassy hair to a sky blonde in one application. Applied to dry hair, used 3% peroxide suits a ratio of 1-2 parts. Left for just 5 mins (can always re apply), but no need, knocked out the brass in one swoop. Hair only appears dry as I’ve not straightened it and before pic was with 3 day old hair and oily roots. Follow hairdresser instruction. This is a professional product and left too long, mixed to wrong ratios will have different effects, so ignore reviews where this is obviously the case and be reassured that if you want to knock out brass and replace with a more creamy ash, this is the ticket, used correctly.

I would recommend this toner 100%. It works very well on prelightened hair. Although it is important to monitor application time with any colourant, I would say this is especially crucial with this shade due to the possibility of leaving a slight pink sheen to the hair if existing hair has been pre lightened to a very pale yellow and the toner is left on for the full recommended duration. Result on prelightened hair is a platinum/white blonde with a pearlescent reflect so this is perfect for someone who wants ice blonde hair that still looks shiny and almost “natural”. In my experience it’s quite a forgiving toner eg it shifts a lot of yellow even if hair is not quite as light as desired and also colour is dispersed evenly on bleached regrowth and ends (unlike some toners which can produce a two toned effect as they process too much on the ends!). Have struggled to find a single toner that produces this shade so it’s easily 5 stars for the result provided!

I personally think this is a great toner. I’m seeing a lot of reviews on here of people saying it doesn’t last, but toner in general, even when done in a salon, doesn’t last. Use purple shampoo in between and it keeps it going a little longer. I think the colour is beautiful, not too purple based. I use 6% develop with this, I use this repetitively.

First time using this and didn’t want silver hair. Usually use Dialight 10.12 pearl milkshake which lifts to lovely pearly blonde, but thought I’d add some of this to try and counteract the brass in slightly darker blonde sections and add a hint of silver to blend incoming greys to root. It’s come out a nice slightly ashy silver blonde to light at bits and completely toned out brass to darker blonde highlights - has even left a slight Smokey overtone to my chestnut brown ends. Will buy again. Love this range as super gentle to hair - esp. after already bleaching my dark hair. I’m allergic to PPD so the is so best toner I use without touching scalp / skin and leave mine in foil sections to protect from reaction. Even after washing out it still leaves a less brassy tone then when first bleaching.

LOVE IT 😍 Bought on a whim as i was at the end of my tether trying to tone out the yellow in my hair. Always wanted to have a grey hue to my hair but could never achieve it with products from the shop. So resigned my self to being a white blonde - hard work. Specially when the yellow always seeps back, despite all the bleaching it just wont go. Used Wella T18 in the past but after some internet research i came across these. I bought the Frosty Milkshake 9.01 and Frosty Glazed Milkshake 10.12 with 9vol DIActivater. Ratio is 1 part toner and 1 and a half Activater. I strand tested each colour and did a strand test with both mixed together. Mixed together was the nicest. Leave for up to 20 mins, you can see the colour change happening, so leave until you achieve desired result. Mine only took 10 mins but I've got dry, porous hair. I've now achieved the grey colour I've always wanted and my hair feels lovely. Got loads of Activater left, so i'll just need to buy more toner when required. But i love it. Highly recommended. Ich benutze die DIA Farben schon ewig. Das schönste ist, man hat keinen Blockansatz beim rauswachsen. Dazu kommt, dass das Haar nicht leidet, so mild ist die Tönung. Bitte nur Original Conditioner verwenden!

Cette patine est excellent ! Ma coiffeuse m’avait conseillé cette gamme et clairement aucun regret! ⚠️ Si vos cheveux ne sont pas blond blanc, vous n’aurez pas le résultat escompté (prenez quelque chose de plus foncé si vous avez des cheveux au reflets jaunes oranges) Je le mélange avec un oxydant 3% 10volume max ! Je décolore avec du 20 volumes et jamais plus pour éviter les cheveux qui cassent … Je la laisse poser 20-30 minutes ( elle devient violet très pâle lorsqu’elle agit) pour ce résultat. Après j’utilise le masque Botugen de Fanola c’est mon meilleur combo ! Bon j’arrête mon blabla et j’espère que ça vous sera utile ! ☺️ Bon achat à vous !
