At first, they will ask you to upload pics but then tell you that they can't help you any further - make a phone call to CS representative through mobile app. When you get on the call, the AI voice agent will not connect you to the human agent that easily - then the Amazon human agent will tell you this item is non-refundable even though this product does not work. I've wasted so much time on this product - ordering, then getting disappointed at the product, then getting absolutely annoyed by the Amazon CS team... And finally writing this review. DON'T BUY.
