Great product
Hair stylist ruined my lovely blonde hair by putting a really dark shadow root on, which I didn’t want or ask for. I’ve done two rounds of the colour remover and it’s lifted the horrible dark colour out. My hair does have a slight brassy colour to it but nothing a toner won’t fix. I’m so pleased I’m back to my blonde as I hated the shadow root. Agree with other reviews that this stuff stinks and my hair did feel really dry, but I used a hair mask which fixed the dryness. Great product and I would definitely use again.

Lifesaver...er, hairsaver!
I recently tried JoBaz Hair Colour Remover to fix a total hair colour mishap, and I’m honestly impressed! My hair was a nice beige blonde (bleached and toned) when I decided to use a new toner to freshen it up. Big mistake - that toner turned my hair an ashy black. I was freaking out, thinking I’d have to live with it or bleach it all over again.Enter JoBaz! I followed the instructions, and wow, it worked like magic! It removed every trace of that awful black colour and brought my hair back to the bleached blonde base. No weird leftover tint and no damage! To top it off, I used a purple shampoo afterwards to tone it, and it brought my hair back to almost the beige-blonde shade I loved before the whole black fiasco. I’m so relieved!Just a couple of things to note, I used JoBaz within 24 hours of my disaster, so I can't comment on build-up removals. Secondly, it does smell of rotten eggs, like most colour removals, so be prepared to use shampoo it a couple of times AFTER to get the smell out of your hair. I must stress to do this after you have followed the instructions of rinsing it all out with the buffer. It can be a rather long process, especially if you have a lot of hair like I do, but worth it.If you’ve had a dye or toner gone wrong, this stuff is a lifesaver. Totally recommend!

Safety. Effectiveness. Dryness.
I had two coats of red. Manic panic and arctic fox on virgin. unprocessed healthy hair. I don't use heat on it or even blow dry it these days and i keep it in braids too.I had to go two rounds for colour removal. My hairs to my butt. And unfortunately after using this product despite using bond builders, deep conditioners, protien treatment, and oils after to nourish my hair. It's snapping off and my individual strands have a gritty texture. This also caused damage to my throat and lungs from inhaling it. Leading to burning, tickling and occasionally coughing after. I had to put on a face mask when applying. But it only helped so much.No product that can damage your hair is gonna market it as being damaging to your hair. But this is. Make no mistake. My hairs duller, brittle and tangling a lot since using it. Considering how long it took me to grow my hair. I'm obviously upset. Especially that i needed to use it twice. I expected it to ve dry after. But this level of damage is really upsetting. It says in the manual that it can be used upto 3 applications. Thankfully i didn't need a third.I am glad the colours gone. But at a heavy price.(Update) Multiple washes and masks later. Whenever my hair gets wet. It REEKS.I followed the instructions washing this out to a T. I've washed my hair 5x and used multiple mask treatments on my hair after and it still stinks! I'm sitting with a mask on my head under a shower cap days after using it and the smell is awful!

From red back to blonde
I liked the very detailed instructions and made sure I had plenty of time to carry out each step. There were some handy tips like making sure my home was warm with no draughts or cold spots. The smell of the preparation was nowhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be. It just smelled a bit sulphurous but it wasn’t too whiffy. I painted on the A&B solution with a hair colouring brush, starting at the back of my head and worked my way to the front. I have mid length hair that between my shoulders and bra strap but it is very fine. I bought two boxes but one box was enough (only just). I combed through my hair before application and again once my hair was saturated. I left the solution on for 45 minutes. My hair felt a little dry afterwards so after shampooing twice with the buffer and rinsing very well I applied a hair masque and left it in for 10 minutes. I’m very pleased with how well the remover worked and don’t feel the need to tone it or dye it as it’s gone back to the same blonde it was before with no orange or brassy tones. I’ll continue to use a rich hair masque twice a week to keep my hair hydrated. This was a good product and I give it 4 out of 5.

Works very well for red hair
The media could not be loaded. took out all of the stubborn years worth of red hair dye, however it left a slightly copper tint to my hair but i don’t rly care since i dyed it purple after. also keep in mind if you used a dye previously with brown pigments, there’s a chance some parts of your hair will be green (cuz red and green mixed together makes brown and this colour remover works rly well with getting rid of red).(before and after pic + vid attached below)
