Strong and flexible.
Good quality balloon. Strong and flexible enough to fit the elf on the shelf inside. Blew it up a couple of times to make sure it had enough give.Worked brilliantly and we were even able to write on the outside. Really pleased.

A trivial purchase but very strange
Hardly a great 'investment' but these are very disappointing (if cheap). They inflate well enough but then seem oddly difficult to tie off, so are difficult or even impossible to use. Having used balloons for maybe 50 years, these are by far the worst.
