I first heard about Udo's Choice Oil mixture from Tony Robbins at his UPW London conference this year when he spend an entire day talking about how to obtain high energy through your nutrition. He recommend, besides a few very important tips, that this oil has some ingredients that our body really need but we cannot take from our daily food.Udo's 3-6-9 Blend contains the ideal ratio of unrefined omega fatty acids ( 3 and 6 ). It contains the following organic, and cold pressed oils: flax seed oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil, coconut oil, evening primrose oil, rice bran oil, soy lecithin, oat germ and oat bran oil. The mixture has a wonderful nutty and buttery flavour. You can use it on any type of food or simply as a dietary supplement, as every cell and tissue, gland and organ in the human body depends upon the presence of essential fatty acids, which are necessary for cell growth and division. Unfortunately they are often absent from our modern diets and replaced by other horrible types of fat and oil.The oil lasts about 2 months and as I bought a large bottle, I froze half of it. You should not heat it or use it during cooking and baking, but only after the cooking process is finished. I started taking Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend after my joint pain was becoming pretty unbearable. I also made a couple of other diet changes at the same time substituting oily fish for processed meat and cheese. The health improvements over 3 months have been significant. My joint pain, although not completely gone is manageable. My digestion has improved and frequent bouts of acid indigestion have reduced a lot. My after lunch blood suger dip has gone and I no longer feel like I'm falling asleep in the afternoon. My overall appetite has reduced. My craving for cake, biscuits and chocolate has gone and I am eating far less of these things between meals. As a result, I've lost 5lb in weight over the last 2 months with zero effort. I've also noticed improvements in the appearance of my skin and patches of Eczema have faded. I feel more mentally alert though this could be the result of my blood sugar being more stable. Finally, I feel healthier! All in all, this is a great product.

I take Udos Oils every day and have done for several years. It's hard to quantify what they do, but I feel better for taking them, I feel they provide essential oils that I mat not always get from my food intake (particularly in the colder months) and my skin is def better when I take them. They are v easy to swallow and don't really taste of anything. I cant recommend the product enough and Superfood UK and amazon have been my seller of choice for some time now. Thanks!

I buy these as fish oil repeats on me plus I much prefer Vegetarian Variety as a preference. I haven’t experienced an upset stomach and I’ve been taking these for a couple of months now! A definite thumbs up from me!

I suffer from rosacea and bought this after a friend told me it cleared up her daughter's eczema which she'd suffered from for 20+yrs since birth. My rosacea not only affects the skin on my face, but also gives me itchy eyes and dry lips. After a few days of drinking a dessertspoon of this oil twice a day, my rosacea has improved unbelievably! I am no longer getting daily breakouts on my face, the facial redness had reduced, my eyes aren't as itchy and the skin on my lips is no longer dry (I also use hypromellose drops daily for my eyes, Vaseline for my lips and Kalme products from SkinShop for my face). My skin seems plumper and has more of a glow since drinking Udos Choice Ultimate Oil Blend. The taste is not great, but then again it's not absolutely vile either - I've heard some people drink it in a glass of orange juice, but I just drink it neat from the dessertspoon, gulp it down in one go and man up! ;) I will keep buying this great product :)

Arrived by delivery date, tastes really nice,there's a fresh and what I can only describe as a "green" taste about it. I'm just taking a dessert spoonful a day as it's quite expensive to take the advised amount and shall update my review after a few weeks.Update:A few weeks into having a glug of this nearly every day, I've come to realise that I'm not using lip balm any more, nor moisturising my face half as often as was formerly necessary. Since I was a young teenager I have suffered from sore, dry, peeling lips and have tried every lip balm on the market (including Creme de la Mer, which is beautiful btw, but it only softened my lips and kept them feeling comfortable but never actually cured my problem) this is the first time in my adult life that I haven't had dry, sore, peeling lips. Quite an expensive product, but worth every penny in my opinion. I'd highly recommend it for people with sensitive and dry skin conditions.
