Ordered last night and been delivered today had it on charge most of the day, and went to wear it before bed and it wont turn on ive held down the buttons pressed them but nothing, ive spoke to seller this issue is being resolved and the seller was very helpful and fast correspondence answering my questions very helpful and even sent a replacement out and it works perfectly thank you so much super comfortable and easy to use

I loved that this product, is very lightweight and soft and easy to use. However if you suffer from bad period pains the way I do, I don’t recommend this product.It does warm up nicely but no matter how tight you have it, to feel both the heat or vibrations you need to hold pressure on it by either holding it on to your belly or leaning on it otherwise you won’t really feel anything.I found myself returning to a hot water bottle after a few uses as it’s hotter and heavier to add that slight pressure that you need.

Vibrate function is fairly loud, but not too bad. Heat is great and gets to a good temp. Easy to use, quick to charge. And a great price. Definitely worth a go.
