Fine for the money
Received well packaged and on time. No instructions were included. There is a little switch on the side that turns the flashing part on or off. Not that only the "steam" part of the sign actually flashes ( it sort of rises like steam) and not the whole sign. Been running non stp for three days now with no problems. Good and bright.
