Very easy to install, very good product. I bought them to help see where I was walking at night time without everything being too bright. It's helped improve that now. I'm able to walk, it's bright but night-time friendly light. Detects motion well.NB 1: It takes a bit of time to adjust the light, if the lights been on a few minutes it'll then stay off with motion but as soon as it's dark and there's motion it will come on. It usually switches off after 10-20 seconds of no motion in the dark.NB 2: Make sure you know where you want to stick it and be sure of it. I tried to take one off after I installed it, the sticky part is very good and was difficult to take off.NB 3: There is a back panel that sticks to the wall that the main unit attaches onto, so you can very easily take the main unit off and install new batteries when needed.

Found these useful for lighting hallways, cupboards etc. If you want to use them at night in between sleep, suggest you buy the amber ones - the white ones are quite bright and will wake you up more. They can be attached to a back plate which can stuck or screwed to a surface. I just stood them up on shelves etc.I’ve bought two packs already.

We use these lights in the bedroom to light the way if we get up at night without bumping into the bed and furniture. They emit a soft amber light so it doesn't flood the bedroom with light. One is bright enough to light the bedroom but I use three of them to better pick up motion on either side of the bed and by the door. They can be screwed or stuck to the skirting board or furniture, but I just leave the on the floor as they have a wide flat base and I can angle them to better detect motion. The light is amber so if you want them to use for reading or to light the inside of a wardrobe it might be better to buy a white light version. I have had them for two months now and we frequently get up at night but the batteries aren't flat. Very pleased with these and would buy them again.

This is a wonderful product! Just installed one of these on my upstairs landing, close to the top of the stairs. All the units (pack of 3) came complete with backing plates, wall plugs and screws so all one need is an electric drill. It also came with adhesive pads.Once the backing plate has been screwed onto the wall (I've installed mine at waist height), I put in 4 AA batteries and the infra red/motion sensor switched on the amber LED. The amber LED is bright at night, but not too bright so as to dazzle you when you have to get up in the middle of the night to visit the bathroom, The LED beam also has a wonderful wide coverage. I also put one on the window ledge (no need to for drilling adhesive etc) in the bathroom so that when one visit the loo at night one does not have to switch on the bathroom light which also triggers the extractor fan, thus eliminating the fan noise late in the evenings as it also has a timer function to switch it off. Overall I think I will be getting some energy saving in the long run by my family not having to turn on the bathroom light for short visits in the evenings.I would have given it top marks if the units had an adjustable timer to enable one to set how long the LED can stay on for. Also I do hope the batteries will last one year with moderate use as the seller stated.

These are great little lights. We have one half way up the stairs and one in the kitchen (for late night trips to get water ect.) On the landing, there's one outside our 5 yr old child's bedroom, one above the bathroom door, and one in the bathroom (all so he can do a late night trips without having to turn on/remember to turn off all the lights, or get scared/disorientated in the dark).The light they give out illuminates a fairly wide area, certainly the whole bathroom, but in a very dim 'orangy' colour which isn't at all jarring when you're still half asleep. They stay on long enough to do what you have to do, so no waving your hands around in the dark! They're not at all 'temperamental' and always go on and off when you want them to. All batteries are different - we use fairly basic 'supermarket own' type brand and have only had to change them once in a year or so. I fitted the brackets with screws rather than rely on adhesive pads, which was quick and easy. Once the brackets are fitted, it's quick and easy to remove the light unit and put anywhere else if needed.As an added bonus, at our bedtime I don't have to stand to attention at the bottom of the stairs with my finger on the landing light switch waiting for orders to 'switch off' before fumbling my own way up the stairs in the dark!All in all 10/10. If these lights ever fail for any reason I would replace immediately. I can't imagine not having them.

I went all-in and bought a pack of three, in hindsight I should have started with just one. It works as described, emitting a pleasant orangey light, coming on in response to motion. I noticed that others on sale have a 15 second timeout but I prefer the 30 seconds offered here.My main gripe is that they come on when not needed; around dawn or dusk, or on a cloudy day if the hallway is not so well lit. I mainly want them for dead-of-night trips to the loo. I really wish there was a setting to adjust how much (or little) ambient light is needed in order to switch these off. Also, if I turn on the hall/bathroom lights after it's been activated, it doesn't want to go off unless I make the lights really bright.The light too is brighter than I expected, so two or three level settings there could be handy too. At least I can adjust that by putting a paper sticker over the LED.I can't speak for battery life as I've not had them long, but it feels annoying that the battery is being wasted.Still, definitely worth a try. Tip: don't mount them to the wall until you've tried out placement and got used to them.

das Licht dieser Lampe ist sehr warm und nicht so hell. Daher ist es für den nächtlichen Gang zur Toilette sehr gut geeignet, da man nicht so sehr davon aufgeweckt wird. Habe die Lampe in Bodennähe angebracht, da tut sie optimal ihren Dienst. Davor hatte ich eine mit gleißendem Weisslicht, da war man jedes Mal glockenwach, wenn man nachts mal zum WC musste. Bei dieser Lampe aber dämmert man schön vor sich hin und kann dann wieder weiterschlafen. Batterielebensdauer ist sehr lange, betreibe sie nach mehreren Monaten immer noch mit dem ersten Satz Batterien.

Ich pflege meinen 90jährigen Onkel,da ist es für mich sehr hilfreich diese Art der Beleuchtung zu haben,da ich Nachts oft auf muß.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden!!!

ich habe die Leuchten vor einem Jahr gekauft und wir waren auch sehr zufrieden.Gerade, wenn wir nachts hoch mussten, um zu unserem Kind zu kommen, haben die Leuchten bestens ihren Zweck erfüllt und ohne uns zu blenden den Weg gezeigt,Leider weisen nun nach und nach alle Lampen alle Störungen auf, indem die Lampen permanent an bleiben und nicht mehr auf den Bewegungsmelder reagieren. Sie sind damit völlig unbrauchbar geworden, zumal sich die Batterien nun natürlich sehr schnell entladen.Ich habe zumindest gehofft, dass die Leuchten zwei Jahre und länger halten, da sie auch nicht günstiger waren, als bekannte Markenprodukte.
