Bed and knee pillow works pretty good. I just find it uncomfortable, but I still try to use it to help my back and neck.

Love it, it's eliminated my knee discomfort while sleeping and my hip pain has also stopped. Even with silky PJ's, it stays in place. Very happy with it. And Im very happy that the cover is removable and washable.

This knee cushion is well made with high quality, comfortable, durable materials. However, to completely relieve my back pain, I ended up needing a full length pillow to reach to my feet. While a longer pillow is critical for my back, it is very cumbersome and gets caught in my bed covers whenever I turn over. It is very annoying. I suggest trying this product first with hopes it will be enough for you. With it you can rollover without any trouble or waking. Sellers: I wish you could design a similar quality product that is longer but not too bulky to get stuck in bed linens when turning over in bed.

If you are a side sleeper and experience any discomfort in your legs or back when sleeping, this pillow may help. It certainly helped me.It's small enough to be effective yet not disruptive to sleeping. Fits well between legs and is well made. The band to hold it in place is very helpful. Having a removal cover that can be washed is also a bonus. Price is very reasonable.Highly recommended!

I have tried a few other leg pllows, but they always seem to bother me. This one stays between my legs a stops me from twisting my back. I don't se the strap, and yet I can roll over easily and it pretty much stays in place.

Decent knee pillow for side sleeping. I would only prefer that it be offered in a smaller size for folks of smaller size like me. It is very comfortable and does reduce and actually eliminate low back pain from misalignment when sleeping without it.
