Opened and wanted to set up. The cardboard is sturdy but it doesn't want to open, stay open and unless you take time to physically hold open and not let go, doesn't set up well. I'm sure I would have been able to tape or glue and make cardboard base to set up but honestly did not feel worth my time. For something thats smaller than my mug. So tiny and basically should open and be able to set up.
