excellent quality item for the price very impressed
Item does exactly what its meant to do. Didn't pay very much for this but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of it especially as I purchased a more expensive one last year and it was useless.

Huge bicep pump.
Quick Amazon delivery! I used this item an hour or so after it arrived.The isolator is solid, well constructed and is adjustable for varying body heights.It is as comfortable as can be.Isolating the bicep gives a huge pump to the muscle making this item very effective. And all for £12!!!

Strap too long but good for home workout
Very good for my home workout. The length of the strap is too long and hangs at the elbow, I had to pull it behind the neck strap more and tie it with a rubber band which did the trick.
