Collar & Cuffs Too Small Wont Fit 17.5"
I don't consider to be a Muscular Man or Large but this wont fit a 17.5 Collar & the cuffs are not much better.As the picture clearly shows, only just makes 17 ".So If you are a reasonable Size & want to Show your stuff off, don't bother these don't fit.16" Collar and slim wrists will get away with it
