These were for my daughters birthday. They are very cute and fun, they really glow well. The only issue I had was getting them to stay on. They are little bumps that push into the other side holes. It does not hold well and they fall off. They worked great for her party favors and we could have taped them on if we would have cared enough. They kept falling off but they were cheap and worth it, the kids enjoyed them.
