Seac Basic HD, 5 mm neoprene diving boots with side zip and semi-rigid sole

These are great. XL fits my size 10 feet perfectly and they're very comfortable. They keep my feet much warmer than the water shoes I wear in spring/summer and the soles are tough enough to cope with walks from car parks to beaches carrying all my gear while still being supple enough to give good grip on the deck pad of my paddleboard.Obviously people's feet vary so sizing is always tricky but I got lucky. So far as construction and quality are concerned I would happily recommend these boots for the price.

These were bought on a but of a whim, as I had no knowledge of what I wanted except that they needed to be 5mm. These did not disappoint, my feet were super toastie today. The soles are durable but not too thick and they were super comfy. I ordered the size according to my foot measurement, but i found rhey came up slightly big. It wasn't a problem though and they did their job perfectly.

These things are marvellous. Curiously enough I don’t actually dive in them. I just use them for exploring rock pools and other coastal misadventures.It’s a shame that this material is so downright harmful to the environment as it is miraculous. The feet are kept warm even when wet and the grip is every bit as good as any alternative.From a fashion perspective you’ve got to start from a place of pretty good street credit to be able to pull these babies off. Or just use my logic: The people that define fashion are just making it up as they go along, so why not be a trend setter yourself?To close, I would absolutely recommend these. Warm, comfortable, surprisingly durable for the price and seemingly crab/stone/kraken proof. A rare cheap delight.

Bought these are reading good reviews. They fit reasonably well (I take a size 4 (37) and have very slim feet. But the thing that makes these boots work is the side zip. Once I have been swimming my hands are cold and getting them off would be so difficult without the zip. The sole has a comfortable, rugged but flexible tread which stops me slipping around on the pond edge.

One size up, a very generous width fitting, very comfortable, bought to wear dry suit with them, perfect fit and a velcro tab to lock the zip up. Great value for money too!

Great shoes. Have used these on a stony beach in Ireland and they made it a lot more comfortable to walk into and out of the water. When I wore them with a wetsuit my feet stayed very warm an it was easy to swim while wearing these. I didn't notice them weighing me down. I was a bit worried about the zips on the booties but they make it a lot easier to take them on and off. There is a strap which prevents the zip from coming down while swimming which is also a great feature. I'd highly recommend these boots to anyone looking, they may be more expensive than other options but they are worth the extra money

Used for the first time today in the sea near Dundee, Scotland (so it was pretty bracing...). Excellent boots! Kept my feet very nice and comfortable - actually warm, even. Soles are great, easy to get on and off, chunky zip is superb when your fingers are frozen.My gf has the same boots and loves them also - I got mine because she recommended.

I wasn't sure about the sizing and had to look on the Seac website as no indication on Amazon what the small or medium sizes equate to. The XS size indicated UK 3-4 or EU sizing was 37-38. I am a size 4 1/2 so a bit of a dilemma. I ordered this size going on the EU sizing and the fit is perfect. Very comfy, well made with good soles for walking about on the shore. Yes a bit narrow in the ankle but you don't need the zip done all the way up and neoprene does stretch in the water. Overall, a happy customerVery happy with purchase

These boots kept my feet warm in cold lake water and fit in my fins. They are durable in rocks and protect my feet at the lake both in the water and out.Cons. Wear water socks with them or they will be difficult to get off once they are wet. Good buy.

Po 10 latach i kilkuset nurkowaniach rozpadły się buty nurkowe BARE.Kupiłem "Seac Basic HD, 5mm". Pojechały ze mną do Egiptu, nurkować. Po pierwszym nurkowaniu zaczęła się rozwarstwiać neoprenowa "uszczelka" pod suwakiem. Po trzech dniach była w strzępach.Te buty to typowo chiński, niskiej jakości neopren. Nasiąka wodą i zwija się jak stara szmata. Podeszwa jest w porządku. Odradzam zakup.

Tres bonne facture - la semelle semble de qualité pour résister à de la marche sur sable le et rocher. Longueur indiquée = 29 mm - mon pieds fait du 27,5 mmm. Donc les chaussures chaussent grand, aussi je les ai équipés d’une semelle,.Vendeur digne de confiance
