Ordered this for my home office in our garden log cabin. I set the timer to come on 30 mins before I headed to start work. It gives off a nice comfy heat with a good flexible temp control. This work absolutely great for 7 months then one side stopped heating up, just as the temp outside was dropping. I contacted the seller as the heater was still under the 1 year warranty. Within 12 hours the seller contacted me to apologise for the inconvenience, and offered to send out a replacement! I have to say this was absolutely 5 star customer services! Something that is so so rare in this day and age!!! Within 48 hours I had a new 100% working heater! Absolutely great heat and customer services. Would recommend both the heater and company.

The performance is very bad, it doesn't heat up enough, much less a 25 square meter room. The performance is very very very bad.

I fitted it easy enough added some extra fitting points by drill more holes in wall frame. Some people say it's quie heavy I didn't think it wasIn this day and age the program mode is basic and bit old fashioned and could be better. Wifi would improve it no end You can only program full hours. So if you have cheap rate like me that finishes at 0430 either program to go off at 4 or pay 1/2hr at higher rate You can set temperature to comfort if you want eco lower than set point it gives it reduced the comfort set point as well so they are not independent of each other why they did this ive no idea. One question answered said you can fit to smart plug well you can but don't expect it to switch heater on and off!!! I'm not sure yet if you loose clock time and program setting if you power off but it won't switch back on if power goes off then back on. I haven't played around with switching mains off much to see how long it holds setting as I don't want to go through set up again as it's a pain
