I really appreciate the light sensor on this clock. I'm really sensitive to bright lights in my room when I'm sleeping, and there are so many electronics these days that just put the brightest LEDs in everything without thinking. This clock has a sensor that detects the light level and adjusts the display, or you can even set it so the display turns completely off in low light. I thought I'd have to use that setting, but the default where it just stays on but stays dim actually works just fine. I'm still able to see what time it is without the light from the clock being disturbingly bright.Other than that, the temperature and humidity sensor is really nice. I appreciate the different customization options as well as how easy it is to set the time. Also seems to hold a charge for a while so far, as after a full charge I haven't seen the battery symbol tick down at all.Great aesthetic clock for the price.

It's hard to write this review. Mixed feelings about this product. Nice, pretty, manly ... however, I keep it plugged into an outlet with the c-cord and it still dies. Once it dies, you have to reset EVERYthing. Temp is usually 1-2° off which isn't a big issue. After you charge it should be bright in the evening hours and lighter when bright. Charged 2 days ago and it's dark and can barely see the time and it's plugged in. It looks bright in the picture, but from 10-12 feet, you can see it because it is so dim. Had for almost a year. Guess it's time to look for something new and hopefully American made ?

I wanted a modern and sleek clock. It’s for my bedroom so I wanted to be able to see the time if I checked in the dark.It’s great that the clock dims when it’s darker, so as not to hurt your eyes when you check. The tv makes it brighten n dim all the time though. I hope this isn’t mean it won’t last long.However, in pitch black, it dims too much that it’s hard to see from 10’ away. I’ve since added a nightlight to the outlet below n the brightness is now just right.I didn’t even know it was wood/wood effect until after I received it which was a pleasant surprise to the quality instead of plastic.I didn’t realise it WASN’T battery operated (omg- note to self, shop when awake n read all the descriptions- assuming it was all written there n I just didn’t see)!We’ve had it a month now. I charged it a day before hanging it on the wall. I will need to set n alarm to remember to recharge it monthly(what a pain), or you could just sit it on a shelf permanently plugged in as then it wouldn’t bulge away from the wall.Btw, I didn’t know it came with an easel either (haha), which is handy for resting on a shelf or table.It was very easy to set all the details n very handy to have extra info on a clock.Good value for money.

This is a really cool clock, very solid look and feel and the numbers/day are easy to read in good lighting (face does completely dim in the dark). A couple things to keep in mind if considering: 1) if you'd rather keep plugged in, note that the power cord/charger is a USB, so would either have to be plugged in to a USB port or an adapter (not included) would need to be used to plug into standard wall electrical receptacle. 2) folks with limited dexterity may have some trouble regularly recharging the clock, as it will likely need to be removed from the wall to charge. Some reviews have noted the product included no instructions, but a small booklet with multilanguage instructions is included. The instructions are very clear (to switch to 12 hour mode and Fahrenheit make sure clock is in regular (non-blinking) status. Recommend charging the clock for at least 5 hours before hanging on wall (if using as a free-standing wall clock). The clock mechanism truly is silent, unlike the clock it is replacing in bedroom. While that clock did not tick, the mechanism itself made noise. This clock appears to operate with no perceptible sound, which is a major plus! This is a well designed, solid product.

I like the clock, it looks nice and feels high-quality. It has sensitivity to the light and is easy to adjust time. It needs to be charged from time to time, but the clock shows battery level as well. I bought it for my office and it looks very professional, chic and expensive. I am very satisfied with this purchase and considering to get another one for my home.

Specifically the blue-colored interface with the black "wood".I wanted a clock that didn't need to be plugged in all the time, was also resistant to glare, and had a minimum of Time, Date, and Temperature. Room Humidity and Battery "percentage" was a welcome bonus!Additionally, there are three battery-saving "modes" for this clock: regular, low light, and economy. Regular is regular brightness, all the time; low light is lower lighting (dimmed), all the time; and what I'm calling "economy" is light-sensitive lighting (dimmer in the darkness, brighter in the light), and only SOME of the time--the interface will ONLY light up when a noise is heard at 60 decibels or above. Checking the time is as easy as a snap--literally!The only "downside" I can come up with is that it's a tad on the heavier side--normal LCD clocks (which I don't like) are lightweight and fine, but this clock has some heft to it. But this isn't really a problem, I don't care too much about the weight; it's not like I'm lifting it all the time.

The battery life is terrible. It's a wall clock that you have to charge every two weeks. I got one charge out of it, but now it won't turn on, charge, or display time, and there is a very short return window. I got this 6 weeks ago and now I'm out of luck. Terrible.
