Seems like a good quality iron supplement
I take this iron supplement along with a handful of other vitamins/minerals and it feels like this iron supplement really helps. I think I’ve always been a bit anemic, don’t eat meat and have heavy menstrual cycles. Taking this iron supplement along with my other vitamins/minerals makes me feel healthier and more energetic. I’ve never had any stomach issues taking these iron pills, but I do always take them right after eating a meal with an adequate amount of water, so that might help. Would recommend.
