I received this kit as a Christmas gift and was very excited to start it up. The instructions are very clear, however, the written booklet referenced burlap bags that I didn't see. So, I asked customer support and within a few hours, they got back to me to explain that they are now including biodegradable pots instead of those bags. What a great idea!! This might be helpful to mention as a little insert in each kit until the written directions are corrected. The small tools that came with the kit are well-made and very useful. The only real criticism I have is that the small tweezers in the kit are very flimsy and make it very hard to hold small seeds properly. There are a good amount of seeds to allow for trying again in case you don't get any sprouts the first time. I haven't used the Spouting Assurance yet, since I am inside of the 20 days that is required to try first, but really appreciate the concept. I have 3 seedlings in 11 days so far. Wish me luck!!

So I struggle with PTSD and anxiety due to my privilege serving my AWESOME COUNTRY!!! Anyways I looked into these trees and how difficult it would be to grow one successfully and how much attention would be needed to grow them. So I took a chance and bought this kit and was doubtful on being successful just because my green thumb hasn’t been so generous for some time. I planted The seeds the next day after receiving my kit I followed the directions that where in the kit and I have you know that one week and 2 days later I have two sprouts and a third trying to push it’s way through the soil. Absolutely worth the money and the plants I have started growing so far. They also send you an extra set of seedlings for back up. So that’s a pro bo.

I have many many plants and those were the hardest to plant and grow, I followed instructions to the letter and they grew a bit then died literally faded in a day when they were looking like a success Awful Never again Next time I will just buy an adult one .

Comes with everything you need. So glad they have the manual which walks you through the process. I got 1 seedling from my first attempt. Excited to use the rest of the seeds and see if I can get more growing.

My beautiful Bonsai are growing well atleast for one , the second one i had to sow for the second time . But when i emailed customer service they quick to reply and to help me. Thank you for the help and cant wait to see as my bonsai grow! Zilda

I recently ordered a kit to grow bonsais and i was pretty thrilled but after a while i couldnt get jacaranda to sprout (which may be my fault) so i contacted their support team and they worked their magic being awesome! Thank you again!!
