All round quality product from the jar its stored in to the shilajit itself. You can tell the shilajit is high quality and the consistency is that of tar. After doing some research on the effects of Shilajit I was keen to get my hands on some. I have been taking It daily and although it is hard to attribute solely to the Shilajit I have noticed a boost in energy and mental clarity. The taste is a shock at first but dissolving it in milk provides an easy way to supplement Shilajit whilst avoiding the taste.
