Unfortunately I purchased wrong size, it's good for puppy, but my boy is quite strong and because chain is quite thin I'm worried he will pull and manage to escape.

Very strong. Chain hurts a bit when trying to control my lively dog when wrap it around hand but will be fine with less aggressive/strong breeds. Overall pleased with my purchase

Bought this over 8 months ago and felt it was time to write a review. This leash has been great for my 15 month old dog. Prior to this leash she destroyed two fabric leashes in minutes and this one she quickly realised is not fun to chew! I’ve occasionally used a fabric leash since (they are nicer to use) - she even went through a short phase where I thought the chain lead broke her of her chew habit - but sadly it was a short lived ‘cure’. This leash gives me peace of mind that she is secured safely when we’re walking near busy roads.

The snap hook to attach the leash to the collar/harness is tiny only 12mm across the hole about 8mm and chain is 5mmthey sent us small says S on the bag description says. Strong Durable for Small Medium Large Dogs Training Walking (Black, S-Width 0.2 cm).The snap hook will be difficult to attach because it is so small.Certainly not suitable for most medium/large dogs and could be awkward with an active puppyreturning as too small

Good value, bought to use when tethering young dog to chair or table at pub or cafe. He currently gets bored and has chewed through fabric leads easily

My puppy has eaten her way through all her leads, that’s why I bought this chain lead. However she has her beady eye on the handle. That will definitely not be (my) puppy proof. I am trying not to drop it down or she’ll be on it!!I used to be ashamed to walk her out because her canvas leads are all knotted together and consequently very short.The chain is very smart and shiny. I’m pleased 😀

Bought this as we don't tend to use a lead too often so wanted a light weight one but can't use a web one as the dog chews through them rapidly. he's quite a big dog and pulls hard when other animals are about so it has been tested and is still in tact
